Example: An Abdominal aortic aneurysm occurs in the aorta that supplies blood flow to the pelvis, abdomen, and legs. A cerebral aneurysm occurs in the brain and can result in a hemorrhagic stroke. A thoracic aortic aneurysm occurs in the chest. All aneurysms are medical emergencies and you should call 9-1-1 and seek immediate medical attention.
